Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services. Clients are also responsible for making timely decisions and providing access to resources as needed.
3. Fees and Payment Terms
We will provide a proposal including the scope of work and fees. Payments are due as outlined in the proposal, with late payments subject to interest charges as permitted by law.
4. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of our clients and will not disclose any proprietary or personal information without prior consent, unless required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Human Centered Data Consulting LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by Human Centered Data Consulting LLC remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if there is a breach of these terms. Upon termination, all fees due for services performed until the date of termination will be payable.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota, United States.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify clients of any significant changes.
